5. Put Pen to Paper

Writing down the things that our stressing you out or causing you problems can not only be therapeutic, but can also help you to deal with them. Sometimes it can all seem so overwhelming until you make a list of every last thing that’s bothering you and take the attitude that you’ll deal with only one thing at a time. This helps you to focus and realize that they’re just may not be quite as many things wrong as you originally thought.

If there are some things on your list that are too troubling to deal with in the current moment, it’s ok to walk away, but be sure that you come back to it after much thought and maybe some new perspective.

If you’re true to yourself, you’ll be able to deal with each of the problem seating into your life one at a time.
