Health, Skin Care, Beauty: Treat yourself; take a walk; try to relax.

Staying active is beneficial to every aspect of our lives: it makes us healthier; it improves our circulation, which in turn promotes health, beauty, and skin care; it gives us time to relax and reflect while rejuvenating; and it just generally allows for an overall healthier lifestyle. Granted, it is a busy, bustling world out there, and finding any time to take for ourselves can be difficult, not to mention the fact that a lot of us cannot afford expensive gym memberships or equipment.
Don’t worry, though, because you do not need any of those things. All you need is yourself, a good pair of walking or running shoes, and a natural, peaceful landscape — beach, forest path, park, street; whatever strikes your fancy. Take a walk, even if you can only manage 20 or 30 minutes a few times a week. Bring along an MP3 player or a Discman if you like, so you can have some music playing while you take your stroll.
Don’t be hurried, just take your time; take in your surroundings; relax as much as you possibly can; and remember how important it is to take a moment and simply breathe.
