More than physical fitness, my goal has always been about feeling good; body, soul and mind.

About the only form of exercise I get on a regular basis is walking my pooch. I’m very interested in holistic healing and alternative medicines. No pill popping for me! I think the answer to all of life’s ailments can be found in nature.
